Founded over 10 years ago by Sean G. Randall, Owner and President, Total Property Advisors is an Atlanta-based full-service residential real estate acquisition and development company.
Mr. Randall has assembled a team of professionals with the knowledge and skill-base to address your real estate needs.
Since 2014, Sean Randall, as Chief Operating Officer, and TPA helped a major Atlanta market homebuilder developer grow its business from 50 home closings and $14.5MM in revenue to 350+ home Closings and $80MM+ in revenue in 2018. During this time single family detached and townhome lot inventory grew from 40 lots to over 1,400 lots and culminated in a sale of the Atlanta company to a prominent national homebuilder.
Beginning in late 2018, TPA began assisting several homebuilders and land developers in the acquisition, zoning, engineering, development and all other aspects of the land development business. Partial list of active land development projects and current acquisition activities include the following counties: Barrow, Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Dawson, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett and Paulding.
During the economic recession from 2008 through 2014, Sean Randall and TPA became a leader in the southeast providing property management and valuation services as well as real estate owned (“REO”) asset disposition for commercial banks ranging in size from $2 billion to over $180 billion in assets. Randall has led teams of up to 23 professional and disposed of over $800MM worth of REO property principally located in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas.
Over his career, Sean Randall has demonstrated proven “C-Suite” leadership skills, has been a company founder & CE0, successful consultant and a division president for a national homebuilder. Over the last 30 years, Randall has been responsible for the development of 10,000+ residential lots and the vertical construction of 4,500+ homes. Mr. Randall brings over 30 years of finance, marketing, development and construction experience to each real estate project.

Sean Randall was the Senior Vice President and former COO for Venture Homes, Inc. During his 4+ year tenure at Venture Homes, Mr. Randall has acquired, zoned, financed and developed over 2,500 lots as well as assisted the CEO in the strategic direction for the company. In 2008, Mr. Randall was named Senior Vice President for SunTrust Bank and responsible for re-establishing and managing the commercial and residential real estate owned “REO” department for the Bank. His SunTrust team sold over $500MM worth of REO assets in a 15-month “start-up” period. Prior to this banking experience, he started Randall Communities, LLC in November 1998. Randall Communities closed over 285 homes and developed several hundred lots representing $140+ million in residential real estate in 8 different planned communities. During his career, Mr. Randall has been directly responsible for construction of 4,500+ homes and the zoning and development of over 10,000 lots during his tenure in Atlanta, Georgia as Division President for Morrison Homes, a national homebuilder and Chief Operating Officer for Traton Homes, a major regional builder/developer and prior experience with Arvida Company.
Previously, Sean Randall was employed by Arvida Company where he served in several capacities during his nine-year tenure. He was the Assistant Treasurer and then Director of Acquisitions while in Boca Raton, Florida and Vice President and Project General Manager for various planned communities including two golf course projects in Atlanta and Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Randall, a native of Marietta, Georgia was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1979. He received the degree of Master of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1983. Sean and his wife Patty currently reside in Sandy Springs, Georgia and have three grown children.
